Chateau de Fayau Bordeaux Rouge

Chateau de Fayau is a fantastically versatile vegan Bordeaux with blackberry fruits followed by herbaceous notes. This is a superb value for money red Bordeaux wine and is superb when served with grilled vegetables, casserole or tomato based pasta dishes. It is also a Bordeaux that can be drunk on its own as it is created to be drunk when young and won't necessarily benefit from ageing like many other Bordeaux wines. If you do wish to keep this wine it will develop slightly but don't expect it to change radically as it is designed to be drunk when young. This is due to the high percentage of Merlot in this wine.

The Medeville family runs this exceptional Domaine in the Cadillac region of Bordeaux. Olivier Medeville is an experienced winemaker with an international pedigree. His aim is to make modern, fruit-driven wines that represent excellent value for money
