The Cerasuolo Avergiano Rosé Montepulciano is a bright, cherry red dry rosé wine with appealing aromas of wild strawberry and appealing raspberry and cherry flavours. Tjis delightful Rosé wine is delicious drunk oj it's own or if paired with white meats, fish or cold cuts. This Rosé wine is fresh and well-structured with good acidity supporting soft redcurrant and cherry fruit flavours that linger in the mouth.
Cantina Bove was established in 1930 and has since modernised the winery, which now boasts a high-tech bottling plant. The estate comprises 60 hectares of well situated vineyards and under the watchful eye of oenologist Dr Vittorio Festa, the vinification techniques ensure the production of the highest quality wines from low yields, with rigorous grape selection and refined ageing in oak barrels.The Bove style is to make well textured, mellow red wines showing good typicity and white wines that are fruity and full of character.
Cold maceration for 6/8 hours and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 4 months maturation in tank prior to release.
Vines are Vertical Trellis trained.
Strawberry fruit on the palate, fresh and well structured with a dry, clean and lingering finish.
