The Vernaccia di san Gimignano from Cantian Bonacchi is a delicate wine with delightful lemony fruit, citrus and floral aromas. It is a wonderful match when served with tempura vegetables and Tuscan vegetable dishes.
Cantina Bonacchi, located in the heart of Montalbano, has been making fine Tuscan wines for 3 generations. The wines are produced from 40 hectares in the Chianti Montalbano and the Chianti Classico area, as well as from 10 hectares divided between Brunello DOCG, Rosso di Montalcino DOC and the Santa Antimo DOC. The latest addition is 15 hectares in the Montecucco DOC region. Bonacchi's combined production comprises 60,000HL, stored in barrels, barriques, oak tonneaux and modern steel tanks. The Company is ISO 9001, IFS and BRC certified.
The juice was left on its lees at very low temperature then pressed and clarified. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless tanks with the addition of carefully selected yeasts.

Vernaccia San Gimignano from Bonacchi is a generous, dry and fruity wine with hints of spring flowers on the nose and a characteristic slightly bitter aftertaste.
